β β β β β 3rd class After sales service.. after standing in que for almost 3 hrs (reason given social distancing due to corona) they didnt even speak with u .... Not giving any proper information...everyone is trying to sale policies and stuffs forcefully....
They are shame on brand ICICI bank which is giving great service at other branches..
Dont ever go to this branch specially for home loan if possible....

I visited bank personally for correction my name spelling on 10 of May 21 and I given full of details which they requires and bank staff assured me that it will be done within 03 working days and you will get SMS but still nothing happened and no information so for. As I seen that day all staff was busy with their mobiles not worried about their customers. pathetic. I request Management must look into the matter.

Manger takes meeting in working hours what the hack is this wasting customer time they do not value customer at all was waiting for long 1 hour entered bank 9.35 still waiting for help desk person still it's 10.40 and manger is taking meeting why you dnt value time of custome i have all kmsgex and line vedio what covid guideline is practice pathetic why you guys are working there stay home and take meeting pathetic pathetic

β β β β β The ICICI bank's worst branch ever. They will not entertain customers happily. They will keep them waiting. Also most of the staff have no adequate knowledge of their policies hence you have to bear your day with them.

β β β β β Worst experience... Employee named Subhash Yadav behaved such rudely when my wife visited the branch for PMAY enquiry.. Didn't entertained her at all & after insisting he managed something.. acted like he is doing favors.. I would have slapped him if was there...

β β β β β This bank employee do not deposite your cheque they ask you to deposit your cheque in the drop box which is a third party service.
I will take this to the Twitter and see to it that the Branch Manager has to address this.
