★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Branch has only basic services. No Demat/PPF/Trading A/cs etc. Very few staff, so single window/counter handles both deposits & cash withdrawals. When ATM outside Branch is non-functional (often) it's a pain to wait in queue to withdraw cash due to single window/counter. SBI should increase service levels at this Branch.

I got my passbook and cheque book. The staff are good. But the conditions, infrastructure... keeps crumbling. Printer...
Hence 4 star, because the people here are amazing.

Old review:
They haven't given me my passbook, yet.
Sometimes they don't have paper, sometimes they don't have ink, sometimes the printer is not working on other times there is no electricity.
I asked for my cheque book repeatedly.
First, they said it has been sent.
Second, they said we cannot give you, ask the branch where you have your CIF.
Finally they instructed another SBI bak where I have another account send me my cheque book.
So I have an account in this bank but don't have a cheque book or passbook and my account has become dormant.
Epic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The operations of this bank have definitely improved by big means. You will see a much more friendly and active staff nowadays, even though the staffing seems low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to open an account for scholarship, the person signed me for a demat a/c, being naïve, they made sure I wont understand what I am signing for, after a day at school I was tired and wanted to get this done with, after my parents came to know, we went to cancel that, the person didn't acknowledge nor did the manager, manager's actual words to my parent, "Madam business hai, usme nahi bata sakte hum pura chiz" Cz my parent told him that if I knew, I wouldn't have signed, so no moral values here. Conclusion, newbies always go with an adults or they might not even consider your age to sell anything to complete their bs targets.
