★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it is the worst service I have ever seen.
1. They didn't delivered till my address despite placing order as a highest priority parcel.
2. They didn't inform me that I need to collect the parcel. After repeatedly calling, they asked me to come and take from office.
3. I went to office but could not find address and so I called them. And they didn't even respond me. After going there and complaining, they said me that office Time is 10.30 and so they were not picking. But it was written here that office starts from 10am.
4. In Google Map, address is not correctly mentioned.
So think before you give your responsibility to them.

Negative stars for everything.
1. The address is incorrect. The location mentioned is totally incorrect. I called in the number given but the number was also unavailable.
2. My parcel was not delivered for 1 week. When I personally went to inquire, the lady on the counter said she cannot find it. For my entire duration time in the center, she was busy talking over the phone with her relative rather than solving the problem. And later she said that it might be misplaced. We searched the entire warehouse and couldn't find my parcel.
I called the owner and he has no manners nor professionalism. When I asked him about my parcel, he simply said he doesn't know and doesn't care. I told him its a parcel worth 2000 and he will be held responsible then he changed the topic as to the parcel didn't reach their courier center and the funniest part was he kept denying that fact that their system is showing by mistake that my parcel is at their centre.
3. Then the lady took my contact details and said she would call me for the update on parcel as delivery boys take the parcels home with them without informing the owner or this lady.(See the level of unprofessionalism).
Today I received my parcel and the parcel is completely torn and open from one end.
This is their courier handling skills.
I wish there was negative stars to give the new panvel location center for the service.
Please spend 50rs extra to send or receive your parcel through a reputed and good courier service.. if you want I will pay for your courier charges but don't get your work done from this courier service . They will damage your parcel and later say they misplaced it and create unnecessary headache to you.
