โ โ โ โ โ A beautiful temple with various deities pertaining to different beliefs. Every year I visit this temple with family during Mahashivratri. To my disbelief the temple was closed on mahashivratri night by 10PM. Many devotees who came with their offering were turned down. Ofcouse it is the right of Temple management, but I never imagined that on Mahashivratri night the temple would get closed and not being allowed to visit and give offering to Lord Shiva...Just could not figure out the reason...

โ โ โ โ โ It's basically a age old temple, which has been rebuilt and renovated in a pleasing manner recently. Furthermore by the name of this temple itself, Gangamma Circle, BMTC Bus Stop and Gangammagudi Police Station are named.

โ โ โ โ โ It feels very happy and prosperous once u step in the temple. It is not too big but has greatest blessings of gangamma Devi.Behind there are small temples for ganesha, Durga, Subramanya, Chamundeshwari and Hanuman . Beside there is yellamma Devi temple also and a snakehole inside the main garbagruha.......There is a navagraha mantapam outside and few naga devatas installed near dhwajastamba. Has great history and power but recently renovated and rebuilt the temple beautifully.

Evening : 5.30pm to 8.30pm
Friday and Tuesday morning 6.30am to 1.30pm
Here are the details that will be held in this temple.
In this temple every month:
Durga homa and ganesha sankarsti pooja done here.
Every Tuesday, friday and sunday abhisheka's are done.
Friday rahukala pooja at 10.30am done here.
The interesting thing about this temple is that Pancha durga devis's idols are here and pooja's done to them.
Namely : Gangamma, Yellamma, chowdeshwari, Maheshwari and Durga Devi..
Temple is beautiful and big.. have a visit if u come across this area.

โ โ โ โ โ Sacred n very old temple which has main diety as "Gangamma Devi" with other deities too. Must visit temple for all Hindus and regularly visited by local swakulasali community from all around Bangalore
