★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer since 10 years and compared the quality now has been the worst in my entire time. Samosa, veg chop quality is way worst than any other and prices way higher. According to the quality what they are offering ₹5 is what the price should be but it’s ₹15/. It was a store which I use to visit travelling 10 km crossing lots of other stores just because of the taste. And now I don’t feel like visiting this store again.
Please raise your products standard back what it was before not just only the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess the popularity of the store is making them focus less on customer experience. Firstly, you can't get hold of any worker to deliver your stuffs.
Secondly, the owners takes hell lot of time to process the bill even though they can channelize it fast easily.
And ofcourse the unknown prices of the handbags, gift boxes and covers are mostly unknown to the customers.
There are a lot of other good quality and better customer experience stores round the city.
