★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rasmalai bought from this shop got spoiled over night even after keeping it in refrigerator. Which clearly indicates that they are selling stale food. Even upon asking them several times they gave false promise that it was made on the same day.
Avoid buying from this store. They are tarnishing the brand's name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 20 gur rasgullas, which were packed by the shop in 2 boxes of 10 each at around 7pm. When I got back at place of stay and opened the boxes at around 9:30pm, one of them had stale rasgullas. No buyer can know the quality while item is being packed, it's all 'trust'. Was grossly let down by the shopkeeper.
Can I ever trust him again or revisit his shop specially when this happens when one is on a short trip to hometown after about 5 years and crazy about gur rasgullas.
