★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Our consignment was to reach within 7 days, but it is now almost 12 days, the consignment has not reached our home in kolkata, neither the customer care is able to update us anything. The customer care department is a waste department and very very irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few weeks back, I had transported my bike from Kolkata to Bangalore. However, when they bike was delivered to me, the right mirror was broken along with the left indicator. I was told that I would be paid for the damages but unfortunately, I'm still waiting to reimbursed. And also after paying them 80% of the amount in advance, once the bike reached their office in Bangalore, I was told very disrespectfully that they will not deliver the bike unless I transfer the remaining amount to them immediately which was around Rs1800 wherein the deal was to pay the remaining amount once the bike is delivered. Till now, I keep calling Mr. Amit from Kolkata for the damages I had to bare, for some reason he doesn't answer my calls anymore. So choose wisely the kind of service u want. I will attach a few pictures of the damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide variety of sweets available. And the taste is way better than other traditional sweet shops. The only con is you can't expect a new variety, hardly it happens. Staff are every polite and it's my go-to shop for sweet needs.
