★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sweet meat shop that a locality has.... Ghosh is nothing more than that. Though I will say they aren't bad. Gorom roshogolla or the low sugar sweets are guest friendly.
The evening Shingara and chop are worth noting... enough for a storm over a cup of tea with near ones...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about 4 star and 5 star ratings (I guess those reviews are manipulated and within family and relatives) but from my personal experience of over 2 years in the locality - sweets are overpriced, quality not at all upto the mark, at times I have even experienced stale snacks like singara and chops...
The worst part is the owners behaviour and their attitude- the one who sits at the cash be it the lady or her sons - all will equally mis-behave with you, as if they are fed-up of the social work of distributing sweets to all of Us.
Sir/Madam - we are paying for your items.
Comparatively - Gopal Bhar is far better, and have fresh sweets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ghosh Sweets is located at a very good position of Bablatala More just below the WBSEDCL office. The shop is quite famous in this area and its quite crowded in the morning for the breakfast counter serving kachuris and jalebis. The shop is big and there is a collection of various types of sweets. The rates are reasonable. Try to ask and have hot rosogollas when they arrive for the day. Overall its a good sweet shop.
