★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always had good experience with servicing, even though I come across any issue, servicing center addresses the issue after servicing. Definitely, this is how it should happen so this thing has not brought me here to write a review.
I serviced my bike on 25th Dec. I was facing some issue on the same day while travelling back to home from service center. I raised complaint and was asked to visit service center on next day. However I did not get time. I tried starting bike on 12th Jan and it was not at all starting. I called service center and reported issue. Executive from service center visited my place next day and resolved the issue. I really appreciate the support.
Thanks for this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Sir my name is vijendra singh jangir. My bike is sp 125. I am tired of complaining to the dealer. But the dealers themselves close the complaint without the customer being satisfied. Sometimes you say that your work will be done, sometimes you speak, talk to the person who talked before, never pick up the phone. I once again request Honda to get my bike working properly. Dealerships are ignoring the complaints themselves.

Their is government departments. I think government is better than Ganpati Honda.
I given my scooty in this branch as on dated 14 mar-22 and they hand over to me as 21 march-22 , incompleted only they did 50% work.
There are all unskilled person . they are treat as like government SBI bank .
And they are only making the money .
So we request to customer please their own risk ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally spoilt the experience of buying my first vehicle for me. I had a bad experience with them on the day of buying the vehicle and on the day of getting the number plate both. The staff is rude and cares for you the least. Honda is a known name, people want to buy honda so Ganpati Honda is getting all the business. If it was for their customer service.. they wouldn't. It's the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced.
Didn't explain to me any features, anything about Insurance or any paperwork.
'Ghas kaat rahe hain bas.'
Customer service k naam pe bas rudeness.
Activa deliver karte hue, ye bol do- ye lo. Na koi congrats na photo na kuch. I said plz wait let me click picture.
Special mention of Ms. Sonia (Sales) for worst customer service.
When I brought it all to the owner's notice thinking my feedback will improve anything.. that became an even bigger mistake. Coz the staff just sat there making me look all wrong and the owner trying to explain to me ki kisi din customer ka mood khrab hota hai.. (waah! Mood boht acha tha mera, i went to buy my first Vehicle) ya rush hota hai . ( Koi rush nai tha, I was the only client there while I waited for my Activa to be ready).
Koi sunvai nai hai basically.
Thankyou Ganpati Honda for ruining my experience. All the best in future with such pathetic customer service.
Coz businesses who don't pay any attention to customer feedback... You know..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service... Totally Waste of time.. We received a call at 3:30pm and received it back by 5:10pm and no proper washing was done at all......All the workers are liers...We received our Activa 6g with a dent as shown in picture... Pls resolve it ASAP and be alert next time..
