β β β β β I want to give negative stars. They don't wash your bike, they charge extra for oil change plus no oil change is not an option. Why we need you just to clean air filter and oil change ?
I can do it myself.
Had 1 years serving pending. Tried once. Not gonna call them again. Thank you.

β β β β β This is about the home service. Service is cheap but oil change is mandatory. It is hidden between the lines. You will not need 6 oil changes in two years, unless you do use your bike too much. This is clever marketing to fool people. Be aware.

β β β β β we have procured the coupon facility of Garage work service station one month before for our bikes. When they came for the very first service, we have found that some of parts were change & servicing was also not up to the mark. Reported issues remains the same when we check the bike after servicing. Later, we called them so many times on provided number but no proper response from them both the service engineer & the owner. We have done separate servicing from another garage to sort our bike issue. So, if anyone come across with these guys, don't go for it as it's not worth to trust on them & on their service. Very poor experience.

β β β β β Simple and effective solution for a very common problem.
I've had a times when I had to search for a garage and still my bike was not serviced properly. With GarageWorks you just book an appointment and the job's done.
Would recommend it to anyone who wants to save the hassle and get quality service.

β β β β β Management people communicate very well. but service guys or repair guys are not professional. This guys will ask you for petrol money instead of sufficient fuel was there in your bike while delivering the bike. Also they donβt take responsibility of any damage happen to vehicle while repairing. They will claim it was happen earlier only bluffing us. I had bad experience may be because I opt of insurance claim. After having bike service I found bike was not clean properly so ask Team to do it properly so they send one service guy my place he took My bike to local car wash for cleaning but while deliverying bike i found my bike speedometer dome was damage and he was so smart he tried to hide it by applying feviquick and applying polish on it. ... when I realised this thing he started saying it was already damage earlier... unprofessional people. Please do servicing or insurance claim at company service center at least do inspection and do the needful.

β β β β β Going for honest review for those who really seek their service.
1. They use petrol from your bike to clean filter.
2. Eco wash is not really a wash, just spray and wipe of external major (not all) parts.
3. Overall service is good
4. Communication between engineer and official seems weak as the engineer later got confirmation on the oil I expected.
5. Don't expect too much, but if you've offer on servicing (499/6 servicing+ oil cost extra) it's a good deal, go for it.

β β β β β This is the worst thing that I have ever paid for. I wish, I could post this review without a star.
I registered with them for a regular servicing of my Yamaha FZ25. In the name of the servicing the guy open the air filter section, took MY petrol, mopped it. Used a screw driver to clean the filter mesh barely, while he was on the call. Closed it back.
Then he drained out all the used oil, only to pour it back in after about half an hour. This is because he (and his bosses/owner) was not even aware of how much engine oil this bike uses. He brought just one - 1ltr bottle for my bike and when I told him that it uses 1.5 ltrs, he was completely blank.
And before I realised, it was all done. He started cleaning the bike to wrap it all.
In the name of eco wash, the guy used some home made liquid (which looked like floor cleaner to me). It surely had some polish or oil mixed with it. The guy sprayed this liquid and roughly mopped the bike, without even removing the dirt from it. The bike looked so bad after that weird cleaning with shining stains all over.
THIS IS IT!!
It was a free service, that was a part of their promotion campaign, however, they took Rs. 499 from me, as registration for 6 free services. But I still think it was total waste, because I don't think I am going to call them for the other 5.
Right after the mechanic left, I rushed back to the Yamaha service centre, for another paid service.
It is not just the waste of money, but is also enmity to your bike.
Most pathetic service.
Btw, the pics are from after "eco cleaning".
