I would like to thank Dr. Payal and the team of Garbankur who played a major role in helping me gain the confidence and the instructions she gave regarding labour management , postnatal care, diet , massage, weaning that I was almost well prepared before delivery. Attending the sessions helped me understand that pregnancy was the time to embrace the little one inside and this kept me active throughout my pregnancy, so much so that everyone around me was amazed how well I was maintaining my energy levels. All the sessions taken up by you are so precise that a first time mom can have all her doubts and myths cleared. Garbankur thank you for making a difference in soo many people's life's...thank you
