★ ★ ★ ★ ★ samsung a30 and a7 2018 for screen replacement was done in three days after recieving a 30 all looked good screen was working well so didnt bother to check anything else ,reaching home camera failed to work and was not being recognized after charging and restarting a few times it started working few days later problem with charging overheat came up phone couldn't charge or turn on this was solved by giving it a slap(I'm not joking) now the a7 the back glass was having a small gap which I didnt notice near the camera now this means no more water resistance , I didnt contact them after these issues because you sign a document that the phone is in good condition before leaving the service center and it is very short staffed only two staff were there while people lined up outside in the stairs during this hot summer
Edit:a30 stopped charging they declined to repair it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing with the services they provided...technicians couldn't understand the root cause of the problem even after visiting six days...I even left my mobile at service centre for one day as they wanted to look into it and very next day they asked me to take the mobile stating the problem was fixed but the problem still exists..they are more focused in selling extended warranty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my screen replaced, the technician damaged my speaker while opening the phone, charged extra for new speaker. Was promissed a delivery of the phone had to pick up myself even after 100% advance payment. They kept asking me to upi the money for the speaker while my phone was with them. My total cost of replacing the screen and the speaker was 20k+ please avoid this place if you can.

My phone get some moisturizer in camera, I visited them they told me that I have to change the Camera and it will cost 23000rs.
I asked them camera is ok you guys just have to remove the moisturizer. They didn't even listen or try to remove the moisturizer. I visited and local shop and ask them to remove the moisturizer they did it in only 400rs and now my phone is working fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could write a book on how unprofessionally they behaved. Samsung note 20 screen got replaced worth 19k, the tech guy didn't handle the connector well. Stopped working in 2 weeks. They had the audacity of asking me to change the screen again worth 19k within a month. There was some foul play as they didn't mention anything in worksheet. Which I got to know from customer care.
