★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They won't allow me to send my parcel because i wrapped and secured it with a brown cloth and
the staff told me that it is mandatory to cover it with a white cloth or else they can't send my parcel. i never had this kind of issue with other post office and never had i and been told that wrapping with a white cloth is a must. i just dont understand why they like to make things so complicated. i am utterly frustrated with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible customer service I've ever seen. Very rude employees who seems to make up their own rules during procedures. Terrible experience. Please avoid this post office, especially north eastern people. They particularly rude towards us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too disappointed with the service,they couriered my parcel but not at home instead the mailman put my parcel in the letterbox in the parking area on top of it the parcel was fully torn and the items were all gone. Really bad service. Also they won't pick up the calls if you want to complain.

The man who handles the courier counter wanted us to use speed post service even though repeatedly twice, we mentioned that we want only registered parcel. He added that they won't be responsible if the parcel doesn't reach the destination or get lost. Pathetic and shocking statement. The whole point was that he wanted us to use Speed Post service. I wonder if they receive target or commission from their bosses or they can earn extra money by forcing customers. Be careful and always check the receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of 5-6 post offices in the nearby radius of 7-10km, this is the only one which has Aadhar services running. Although, it is slow even with a small line, but it is available. I've tried nearby post offices like RK puram, Munirka, Vasant Vihar, Vasant Kunj and they all had some excuses for not running aadhar services.
