They do not respond to the customer respectfully showing responsible attitude. Evades the work. To be helpful is afar reaching cry. Strict disciplinery action is the need to save the reputation of the bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PNB Saffarjung Enclave A2branch staff is unwilling to work, misbehaves and are disrespectful to customer. I have made a formal complaint against staff but even PNB has not responded to the complaint. My work is also not done since past four months. Erstwhile OBC staff was very helpful and nice to customer. But in my life I had not seen such disrespectful behaviour. Worst bank staff ever. If governing authority is really serious, it should take a serious action against such staff. They are not ready to work but just sit on chair and sleep on their work.
