β β β β β Very poor service. Had a case pending here since more than a year and currently under I.O. as G.K.Saha. Despite of calling him several times to follow up on the case and visiting him in office to explain the matter, there comes no response from his/their side about it. Doesn't even care to officially/unofficially update the complainant about his/her case progress. Very unprofessional and poor service
