★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impractical behaviour I have ever seen by a placement agency. Not providing candidates on time and on asking for a refund, they started arguing. Interestingly, the owner of the company said that they have to keep in mind their profit margins from CTC % point of view so they cannot suggest candidates that match our requirements. No such terms were mentioned in the agreement.
On asking for a refund they denied and started arguing. Terrible service standards.
