everytime u have to take follow up for refill for 3-4 days its very irritating
pathetic service... arrogant staff... requesting refill from 3-4 days (for that I booked gas as per procedure) but staff is giving different reason every time; they gave me no. of delivery guys which is no one answering whole day; even staff lied on phone that "they have attended delivery but we were not at home".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for installation 3 days ago. But I have still not received my connection. I live with my parents who are senior citizens. Due to delayed response from gas house, we had to eat outside food during times of corona. They will tell you installation will be done in 2 days but will keep on postponing even after multiple follow ups
