★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the location today to check out the property, but it was horrible. First thing the person was sanitising our shoes. Second no temperature check was there. Third property was shown to us by a pantry boy. The inventor was less so only few flats where available, we went inside to see the flats. When we visited the flats washroom it was already stinking like it is already in use with toilet fitment in it. How can the worker use that toilet space, u are going to sell to the customer. It was the worst side I ever visited.

Issues is with Security. Apartment is next to highway, and at remote area from city, so security checking is not at all present as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. It’s nice blend of commercial and residential project. Sales team helped to choose a right flat based on your need. Prices are reasonable as compared to other similar projects in that area. Amenities wise it has all basic things. Podium garden is one of the good feature which will give you unique and rich experience of satisfaction (one must feel it before booking the flat). It’s just a minute away from Highway. It’s worth to have home here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt location is very nice as it's near to expressway however if ur taking flat highway be ready for lots of noise.
Garden view is nice , I am staying here more than an years road not developed, pcmc water came but only for drinking , for bath and other stuff hard water i.e tanker or borewell water.
Very unnecessary rules and restrictions of tenant.
Socially on food delivery or shifting etc.
Not recommending for Tennant.
