Layout plan is also not complete.
You will get better projects at same prices.
Parking will be a major problem till construction is complete.
Even after the construction, security won't be sufficient as shops are just below the building.
i.e anyone can enter the society.

The sales person is also very much cooperative. Overall experience is really good. I will recommend this project.

You were right about the inquiry level experience, I don't think builder need to sales flat. Sales person not available on site & given contact never respond.

The design and construction building up is fabulous.. I heard that its sustainable designed buildings. Price is also good as per the quality. But with the privacy and laxury Ecopolitan giving with bigger space home. Wonderful project. It's really Pride of Punawale & highway Touch.
