★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guys, let me tell you how they cheat customers... they not construct building like approve floor plans as per RERA... if you want to purchase flat here, first check there brochure, floor plan, 3d model and recheck construction site, you can see lot of difference and if you ask them you can not change like that they answer you arrogantly like "We construct like that do whatever you want"...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project looks really good, the flats are spacious and well ventilated. Only four flats on each floor with no common walls, Big lobby with 2 lifts and 2 sides staircases. Has a long list of amenities.
The location is in Tathawade which is in the proximity of Hinjewadi IT Hub, schools & colleges. Tathawade is next in line for development after Wakad with well planned roads and 3 way connectivity to the Bangalore Highway and Mumbai Expressway.
They have a fantastic team who are courteous and always there to assist you. Would specially like to mention two people, Mr. Dinesh (Manager) and Mr. Abhijit Borase (Director) who were kind enough to spend enough time with me to understand my requirement and answer all my queries.
The build quality looks good, though the possession date specified in the agreement is 31st March 2022, the team is confident of delivering it by Diwali 2021. Looking at the pace of construction work, I feel possession in Diwali is very much possible.
Lets hope they make this Diwali , a very happy and memorable one for all the buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesman doesn't know how to deal and behave with customer.
They are selling so many flats but still they are confused with the final pricing.
For one flat they deals with multiple customers and tells everyone it's not booked ......you can book particular flat, But at the time of booking they will tell you that the flat had already been booked by someone else. Then they try to convince you to finalise another flat.
Basically they will keep you in dark all the time.

Sales personal not give fix date for possession. For every owner they commit different months for possession. Construction not as per layouts, brochure, 3d model or floor plans, very dispont with them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow work progress. Rude sales team. Fake builder. Fake commitment. Builder not following aggrement points. Provide local material and costcutting everywhere. Builder changed building plan last moment without informing to owners. They was giving possesion in Oct 2021 but now they are saying Possesion not fix when they will give.
Please don’t purchase flat from Prathmesh builder.
