Please share the contact details for complaining about the noise pollution which is constant from stone breaking next to the building.
I am working from home and the constant noise everyday is not
acceptable beyond the point.
I hope you can help me to get in touch with the correct team for the same.

Sales Team : Very co operative. I am searching home since last 2 yr didn't find sales people like this. The builder specially assigned proptiger's people for smooth transition and they did really good till my possession and going further.
Builder : If you here the name Bhondave on any property there is no issue of trust (I didn't say blindly follow me. come and experience. Builder gave us bunch of documents and said verify at any level you want. we did it and fond clear title.) I specially met Ninad Bhondave for my flat deal really good person gave me good deal as well :P .
After possession Issue : We agreed that 104 flats they are offering and each one build by human so there is chance of mistakes like some where crack on some tile or something. but they are giving us the service after possession as well except change in design. I have cleared out lot many things even after possession.
Totally satisfied with the property builder we chose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially all were little cooperative. But as the time passed they stopped listening to our concerns. And as soon as the payment was done. They didn't care. We have been following up with Mr. dhaval for getting our bathroom leakage done, to get our Name plate with correct spelling of name. Since long we have been following up and after so much ignorance from them I am compelled to write this review. The management is not good. Even for small things you need to remind 100 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely good sales team... But the office staff (2 signing Authorities) are worst.. they are not responding.. it is complaint from all society members still some of us are writing reviews in their favour..
Non of the staff member is co operative.. since last 6 months I'm taking follow up with office staff for master keys but they are not even responding.. There are many issues which we have resolved by our own expense, though it was builder's responsibility.
These staff people are worst.. don't deserve 1 star..
