No clear communication at any place.
If u need geniune reviews just go and ask to anyone from previous project of the same builder.
Lot off issues there. Quality is compromised and you will end up with frustration only.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning!!! Invest if you want to regret later. Worst builder ever. Fake promises, very bad quality of work, never completes project on time. Many issues after possession like water leakages, cracks on the walls, bad material used etc. List is very long. Just visit any earlier building and not a single person will recommend to invest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saisha is a under construction site. It's very nice place for IT working guys, because it's connected with Hinjewadi it hub. 350 to 500 meters away from highway. It is proper residential property. Some of amenities is fully integrated. I like the project entrance.

It provides flat with 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk variant. 2.5BHK is really a good choice. I strongly recommend to visit once for those who are looking for a abode near Hinjewadi area.

Enough parking space for visitors as well. Spacious club house with gym, party hall, washroom, shower room and swimming pool.
