★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent project, quality construction, quality fittings, airy and with excellent amenities (well equipped gym etc). Was delivered as per schedule. What could be better is that there are very few shops except for a few grocery stores nearby, there isn't even an ATM nearby and for most things you need to travel to Mukai Chowk. Also, prices are on the higher side for a project located on the extreme edge of Pune.
