★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest do not buy flat in Sonigara Precidency Ravet.
The project is still under construction, even after 3 three years from launch date.
Only 5% work progress in last 5 months (from Nov 2021 to March 2022).
As per Builder the expected possession is in Oct 2022 which is almost 4 Year duration for construction.
I booked 1 BHK in Sonigara Precidency Ravet in April 2019 and still even after 3 years the project is under construction.
