★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is good. Small society with almost 20 flats. Parking not provided that efficiently. Regarding flat construction, the interior structure is good but the electric board organization is pathetic. Peoples daily living is not considered. Just done for the sake. Very poor pipelining and sewage work . Newly purchased flat had leakage issue for months. After regular follow up , builder did the work but it's really pathetic when you purchase new flat and you need to carry out such follow ups.
