★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally become part of this family had purchased flat in Aug 2020, now excited to get possession as builder staff and agreement they gave June 2022 due this commitment have also transferred my kid admission to nearby, recently visited site looks like they can even get that ready few days earlier but perfectly happy June date hope that shouldn't delay I trust builder, I was suggested by my close friend who already had taken flat in runal gateway hope runal spacio also become similar iconic project as many people booked flat seeing runal gateway's project delivery and promises .....i knew different option are really confusing but people now have option to visit actual flat before buying ....they delivered high quality amenities as per gateway ...hope same we will enjoy here as well.... excited guys would recommend other to buy & become part of runal spacio...few things was problematic but that can be sorted out with interior architecture's help, excited & waiting for June 2022.

1.Bit high priced as compared to nearer project

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good construction quality, good show flat. We visited the property recently, the staff is very professional. If you are planning to buy a flat in Runal Spacio, you must visit the actual site & check out the actual flat which is under construction as they allow. In our case, Initially we liked the layout as seen on the floor plan but after visiting, felt like the room sizes are smaller, specially hall and the common bedroom in case of 2bhk. Also they have so many configurations/layout which is confusing to choose one. So before making any decision I would recommend to actually visit the site for the configuration you want & confirm. One more thing I did not like is the balcony, it is vertical & not parallel to hall, also it is even odd types, & there is no covering at the top as well, so person in the balcony above you can easily see you through his balcony. But it's definitely worth to check out the property.
Construction work is near completion & going in full swing & hats off to the builder for transparancy & allowing site visit under engineer guidance, which is very rare & was really helpful.
