★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Namrata Gloria is beautiful and decorative building in ravet.Flat on sale.there are main gate provided to entry in building.near namrata Gloria building's aria is very better.nice view to see in gallery to mumbai pune rail track.NH 4 national highway near to this project.brts route connected in ravet.There are flats price near by 50 lacks of 2 BHK.

Negative are -
Swimming pool is not available.
Temple is not there.
Gym is not big as required

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society. Their mhada building looks very low budget. Builder should have provided nice home plans to mhada too. Because of that building the plan looks shady. Otherwise society is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good residential buildings offering flat system, has good amenities, currently under construction, nearby from lonavala, constructed according to laws of civil engineering, has dedicated parking, party hall, garden, swimming pool, gym, temple, etc. Provided with 24×7 on duty security guards.

Observations during site visit for "B" building
>There are no amenities like Swimming pool, Parking, Temple as mentioned in Sales brochure / online although "A" building possession has done 1+ years ago. (Till November,2018)
>Price is overestimated
>It has MHADA building (Meant for Low income group) at the start of society which may be a part of the entire society
>No name plate on the entrance, one needs to ask for exact address of the society
>You can easily enter in society, no security person will stop you
> Lawn is full of Sand (looks like not properly maintained)
> Lack of ventilation in B building for some flats
>Builder response is not good
>>>Good points:
> Society has clear title
> Area is under developing, good internal roads to reach society
> Near NH4
> Average construction quality
> facilities like Intercom, Solar are installed
> All wings are separated, not joined each other

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read this before buying flat here-
1. I will recommend not to buy flat here, but just in case you want to waste your money you can go ahead
2. If you want to meet bunch of unprofessional people (builder, sales guy, construction guy) , come for site visit.
3. They don't have manners to talk ( You will experience this only after booking the flat)
4. Construction is average.
5. On the name of amenities, you will get dirty clubhouse and gym. Most of the equipments of gym are either broken or dusty and full of rust.
6. They will take huge amount from you in the name of maintenance, but they will never look after maintenance of clubhouse and gym. Maintenance is way ahead, they will never clean it.
7. Security is just for name. Security guys rome around carelessly. They have hired cheapest security for the society.
8. They don't have enough parking. They will definitely create issue about parking for you later.
9. Last month they have given us parking shed (after 2-3 years). That too after fighting for it and telling them 1000 times. B wing people did not get it yet. So if you are planning to buy flat in C wing, just forget about parking as there is no space left for parking to give it to C wing people. Semi covered parking is too small for a car.
10. No visitors parking available
11. They have promised us swimming pool in amenities, and for B wing people they have promised Temple, none of it delivered yet.
12. Your unknowingly they will take ur signatures on society formation form. So be aware about it.
13. Dont go over positive reviews, they are fake.
