★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transactions and commitments given before possession are not maintained for Lotus Laxmi Phase-1. Taken 6-months of maintenance and forced to pay society maintenance from fifth month. No one from builder side given justification and reason for same. I booked flat as builder is well known for his construction quality, but transactions like correct electricity bill names and maintenance are not completed after 7 months also. As builder is good and well known for his construction and service, I am expecting solution to my issues.

Outside weather is awesome and the society is in best location with parking facility .
And inside rooms is very good. Carpet areas is also good.
You loved this place if you lived in it

In an accident today, bathroom roof plaster fall down, thankfully no one was caught under it. No proper slope provided for floor or kitchen, water flows in unwanted direction.
