Far away from city

• A project with best floor plan
• A project with spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen
• A project close to public transport and very close to Mumbai Pune Bangalore highway

• A project close to Schools, Colleges, IT park

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location, with one side old Mumbai pune highway and on other side Mumbai pune super Express highway. Great place to have a home there, with full of natural flavours, clean air, so booked a flat there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best project I have seen in my life in pune, it differ from all the projects are in pune because they are providing the main factor of the client requirement that is pricing part with bigger carpet are and utilised layout with the greenery of the nature. I appreciate the sales team over there which is briefed by gotam yogi. I'm very much happy with the rose developer and the sale person gotam. Thank you very much to fulfill my first dream home desires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Project all together !! Budget flats with almost all required amenities. However the connectivity is very poor tp this area. No public transport neither any private transport services near by. . Its a developing area and soon we can expect a better connectivity. Possession is little late. Calm and isolated from crowd and noise

It's my personal opinion open space is less compared to number of flats otherwise it's good project with good price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under construction project. Good tree's inside. Comes under PCMC. Two side connectivity. Many variations in flat of 2 bhk and 3bhk, sometimes we get confused about layouts. Rose petals shape building structure.
