★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located very far away from the main road. Though this is very peaceful and quiet society. Good parking area for everyone. The only disadvantage is the locality nearby which not that good also the grocery shops are far away from the society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai aura located at ravet pcmc to be precise adarshnagar. Good place to live . Great greenery less polluted less populated surrounded by farms . Talking about weather, the climatic conditions here are quite chilled since the surrounding land is agricultural land. Ample of water supply, though water is bore well water it is hampering your hair's. Small garden, kids play area and senior citizen sitting area and a small gym that all constitute for amenities. Poor sewage and bathroom pipe lining and tap structure. Poor switch board arrangement. Thoughtless electric work. Builder and the sales person are co- operative though . Each time you tell the problem they are ready to send the person to get your work done only concern is you should be available during the availability of his workforce. So now it takes ages for you to get your work done. Society is good I must say. 2 wings as of now A and B. Bad thing is while purchasing the flat builder had a small road from the highway connecting road itself but dont know what went wrong the way is shut down and now you just come from small colony roads consuming your daily time almost 16mins wich earlier at the time of construction was hardly 3 mins. Nextly the roads are not developed atall. The daily commutation is hell hard if you dont have your own vehicle . You need to depend on ola , uber etc . The only concern is travelling and roads. Complete rainy season was mess. I hope the road that was proposed is built soon it will actually help for lot many residents.
