Whatever positive reviews you are seeing here are put up by sales team or their agents. They don't have any control over the people living around the society and builder has the gates wide open to everyone around the building to enter creating huge safety risk. Bad neighborhood.
Multiple follow ups done to close the walls but no improvement at all.
Let me tell you the facts:-
1. Cracks in new homes:- No resolution since 6 months :- Not yet resolved
2. Seapage:- They even can't find out where it is coming from :- Not yet resolved
3. Profesionalism :- Not at all :- Better
4. Security:- No security, even security gates are not ready , they allow passing anyone thru internal roads -:- No improvement at all
5. Parking :- finalised
6. Road:- No pakka road
Fake promises from Sales team and then you need to deal with very inefficient Engineering team.
I will change the review if something improves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More improvement required, builder has not completed whatever they have promised during discussion. Boring water is not available yet. Approach road to building is through private property which may close any time.
Do not forget to talk with residents before booking a flat with your hard earned money.
