★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend booked a flat here. The config and space is good for the price. I too wanted to book here. However lately builder has been focussing on their new buildings instead of completing existing and giving timely possession. My friend was supposed to get possession by this month (July 2021 ) but now builder says it will be delayed by few months due to material un-availability. If other builders are on track why not 45 Shashwat? Builder should try and get material from available source and provide possession by Ganesh Chaturthi so that customers dont have to bear the burden.

+ Allows site visits to monitor your home's progress.
+ Due to COVID guidelines by local authorities a little delay is expected in getting possesion. RERA has already given more time due to pandemic. Plus there are lot of challenges in getting raw material in a timely manner. But still builder is trying his best to get project completed at the earliest.
