★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Society is more than decently equipped with markets, banks, CSD, ECHS etc.
2. However, it is showing visible signs of aging with external facade badly peeling off and the rich management doesn't appear to have any intent to keep it in good shape.
3. Houses are decent with only master bedroom being ok, rest all the rooms are small.
4. Most towers are close to each other (high density).
5. Location is developed with beautiful roads and greenary and scrupulously clean.
6. If someone buys a house, be prepared to get the entire internals to be dismantled and redone. It will entail some additional expenditure.
7. Wow! Factor to buy a house here was lacking.
8. Still a decent option for anyone to buy a house here.
