The worst courier company guess. Don't ask me about their behavior. They dont know manners and how to talk with a valuable customer. Bardhaman Gati F**k You

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worst courier I've seen in my lifetime.
My 8-9 orders have been cancelled from Amazon just because of their useless service.
Their own delivery man is even frustrated about their procedure and often cites that they're late just because of that.
Moreover,they don't have the right approach or mindset for customers who earnestly want their delivery.
They make excuses when I call them.And when I don't call,usually I have to cancel the order after 15 days of waiting.
Only two orders I received from them out of 10-12,and even those were heavily distressed.I've requested Amazon a thousand times to stop delivering through Gati.And many like me are there even commenting on product's page about this courier.Stay away from them.
And the irony of it all lies in their name,which in reality they so heavily contrast :P
