★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give 00000 stars if I can give. worst courier service I have ever faced today, we booked parcel from Gandhinagar to Bhuj - Madhapur.
paid whatever they asked, next day delivery guy called me and saying to collect my parcel from Madhapur bus station,
I asked him to come inside the village where my home is in just 2 minutes run on the bike, but the delivery boy refused to come and didn't give me my parcel, and forcing me to come to bus station and collect or asked me to call bhuj office by saying we don't give service in my area.
The next day morning I called the Bhuj office they told me to deliver the parcel to Madhapur bus station, but they didn't do. I had to go to Bhuj and collected the parcel.
so if anyone receiving or sending a parcel from Madhapur area pls make sure they will not deliver the parcel in Madhapur inside the village.
