My Pan card was already arrived on 24 th of May 2019, but neither they delivered nor informed me even they had my mobile no.
When i went to receive it on my own at their office, They kept me waiting for 15 minutes.
Really a nightmare experience in this kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seriously cannot stretch this enough "DON'T USE THIS COURIER SERVICE" i sent 3 packages from bhuj to Mumbai and it's been 3 months and only one of them is delivered and its not even covid-19 issue, they are not picking up calls, the one guy who's packages i sent is still going to there office daily but no one is able to guide him where those packages went,
I would recommend use BLUEDART if you want to sent couriers around india bit costly but professional courier is just pure fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hated by the responses provided by the executives sitting at the office. They are all fake persons saying everytime when you inquired about the courier that your courier will reach today, just by evening, just coming at your doorstep, our delivery boy is reaching, etc. But no one come. You have to atlast go to the office and take your parcel. Worst, bad, fake, most hated- service providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't make any effort to deliver content personally. They don't call when making the delivery, and return it back to sender without even informing me. I was expecting 4 important documents envelopes from bank.instead they gave 1 document envelope to some stranger who was living in same area. I don't know what happened to other envelopes.
