★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good society very good construction, location is most awesome every possible things are in walking distance like shopping mall, movies theater, Radisson red 5star hotel, petrol pump, local sabji market, super market, day night stadium, club, running track, pool, temple, very good property for investment and live.
Great place, good construction quality and separate entrance gate for 7th Avenue gives it an edge compared to other projects!

Most of the society is under construction, however a lot of flats already have been handed over to the owners.
The society has around 12 towers A-L
Towers I,J,K,L are the ones near the Gaur city cricket and football stadiums. Half of the units of these towers face the stadiums providing a great view.

No. of lifts per tower - 4 (2 service, 2 passenger)
No. of flats per floor- 8 (I,J,K,L towers)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7th Avenue does not have the best approach. Second the no of lifts are less than required. U have to wait for lifts. But most importantly, the layout of flats is not something that can attract you. Having view of stadium is poor consolation. It is 31 storey tall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaur 7th Avenue is graet construction with 2BHK and 3BHK once! Available at much better than than other properties in this area! The view for top floors are amazing and soothing to mind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very less open area in this society. I visited here as a guest and security staff is not well trained. Liked balcony size of flats but everything else is just below average. Room sizes are way too small. Flat layouts are not effective. Very less distance between towers. Location is good but everything else is below average.
