We were on a quick trip from Canada and visited this place because of references. We were very pleased to see an excellent collection of sarees. Bought one for gift. The next day, we wanted to shop for gowns and dresses and visited their second shop in the same plaza. Not only we found a great collection to the point that we were confused on what to pick, but the staff helped us out by very quickly altering the dresses. For one of the dress my wife wasn't satisfied even after two alterations (took only two hours!), they gladly agreed to make third alteration and courier to our place in Saurashtra as we were in a rush to get out of the city. Not only that, they followed up to confirm the parcel was received and fitting was good. Mr. Vraj was very helpful and the other staff from dress section helped a lot with selection, alteration and shipping. Big thanks guys. :-) That's gold standard of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsatisfying experience with service. They don’t know how to talk with customers. In there one person have 70 years experience but his actual age is around 60 years; I think he calculate years according to Venus planet. One more thing, they believe that they have 100 accuracy in Sari making procedure. They said that every material they use in clothes have 0% defects.
You will definitely find good clothes with huge diversity but I suggest you to think twice before buying clothes because it’s arduous to replace.
