We were regular customer here since variety is quite good and unique. But in marriage shopping, we had pathetic experience. Rude behaviour of tailor, multiple fake promises, extension of delivery date and after all this waiting 1.5 hour in shop just to get delivery. So, never recommended for any big function where time is everything.

I have bought multiple outfits from Sequinze through video calls and I am so impressed with what we have received. Excellent service from Dilipbhai, Shama and Kalpanaben from start to finish. Shama has an amazing eye for detail and helped me choose some stunning pieces, and was always so patient with the calls. Kalpanaben helped to create bespoke jewellery sets to match and spent a lot of time ensuring everything was perfect. Final thank you to Dilipbhai for overseeing everything and ensuring I received everything on time. Overall a big thank you to the Sequinze team and I will no doubt shop with you in the future!

Worst experience....Promises was not kept..... Bad Material ..... Not Good At Stitching ..... Bought Expensive Lehenga but it's torn in the ongoing function...very low quality materials... Never recommend for big function shopping..and never recommend for male shopping Very unsatisfied while paying so much of money... ...

Very very bad experience. The saree material is not good quality. They are not ready to listen anything. No customer service at all. They are not ready to support.

Very bad quality for highly priced wedding lehengas. No communication between people selling product and tailors. Makes you run for fitting and other quality related issues till end. Will promise everything while buying but will not deliver good product for sure. My sisters wedding lehenga jhumkha fell off while taking off from bag and money they charge for work not worth it. Pearls and diamonds were missing from blouse. No quality check. I would say they sell second copy products for the price of original clothes prices.

Great place for shopping of women's traditional wear. Excellent hospitality...sales team is exceptionally good. All type of product range is available with lots of variety. Highly recommended.

Due to Covid, we could not go to India to shop for our daughter's wedding so I took the online route. I contacted several stores - two in Surat ( one store promised to keep aside an outfit for me and didn't want my money to hold the outfit but next day when I called, they had accidentally sold it but were not upfront and showed me something else. The other store salesman never replied back to my inquires in a timely fashion. I contacted Gauri in Vadodara since I had shopped there in Jan 2020. They seemed to be too busy to get my business. The man I was working with was not interested in getting back to me about the products I had seen on instagram despite asking him several times. SEQUINZE was another store I had visited in India so I decided to WhatsApp them after seeing an outfit on Facebook. Dilipbhai, the salesman, immediately replied back with prices and kindly suggested to get on a sales call to see other outfits. When I spoke to the lady, Shama, I immediately connected with her. Every NRI knows, how Indian salesmen are - they will always tell you everything looks good on you and push you to buy everything. My experience with Shama was totally different. She listened to what I needed, patiently over time, showed us things we would like based on what we have previously showed interest in. The most important aspect about her was she was not pushy at all yet tried her best to show us everything to our liking and was never afraid to tell me if I would or would not like something. It is rare to shop for Indian clothes with a woman salesperson. Have you ever wondered that? Our experience with her and her staff was so amazing that I ended up buying majority of the outfits and jewelry from there. We even paid Rs. 20000 more for the bridal outfit than from someone in Delhi because we trusted her and she had shown us the design first. The "made to order" wedding outfit was above and beyond my daughter's expectations. The photos show some of the products we purchased from there. All sarees you see are from there and we also bought a lot of choli's from there. Another advantage we had in shopping there was they sell costume jewelry as well so once we selected the clothing, their jewelry sales women matched everything and showed us multiple selections to choose from. At first, we felt like we were being pushed to select something without thinking but slowly the salesperson realized that we were not wasting their time, we were simply picky customers. Their selection and quality is phenomenal and they can get you anything if it is not in the store. Kalpi, the jewelry person, went above and beyond and even sent us tikka (Chandla packets) and asked us if we needed anything else from Vadodara and she would put it in the parcel. Shama went to the market and bought chaniya for my saris and blouse piece to get an extra blouse. It was easy to pay them for it esp since they would get the exact color. I purchased around 20-25 saris and matching jewelry for family as well and they sent everything wrapped and labeled so I didn't have to do anything when it arrived. I can't thank SEQUINZE and it's staff enough for everything they did for us despite what was happening in India during the Covid period before vaccines. They were always happy to help no matter what their families or neighbors were going thru. At times, the store was closed and still Shama offered to go in just for us to which I declined since I didn't want to risk her health. We had time so we waited until the stores were open again. The parcels came intact and we paid the shipping costs on top of the merchandise. All packages came within a week of dispatch and paying was easy thru Western Union. The quality and design of the products turned out to be better than the photos and FaceTime calls. You will not regret shopping at SEQUINZE, VADODARA.
