★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could give them negative rating. I had been here for Ultrasound scan for my wife. Staffs are very rude & they don't know how to talk to patients. There is no time sense to them. Their service is so pathetic. I never suggest anyone to go there. I had a horrible experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website shows a little cheaper price for all the tests but when you walk in to the center you will be surprised to see the fees being doubled. When I insisted why do they advertise two different fee structure - the lady at the reception smiled and said their website has not been updated for years. what a shame and I was fooled. Although the staff was cordial, i found that place is mosquito infested. And some of the tests in Master health check up are waste like eye test, dental check up and stool test. I did ask them to exclude them but the lady at the reception was adamant that I pay for those tests even though I never wanted them. I felt I paid Rs 1000 more for the master health checkup. Not an economical diag center in my opinion.

I had been here for HSG.Firstly the doctor Yamuna N was late by 1 hour 15 minutes.I was given an injection at around 9:15 and had to wait for another 35 minutes for her.The doctor was rude to the power of infinity.Thoughtout the procedure she behaved very badly treating me as a piece of object. Lastly I was prescribed with the certain tablets. The nurse asked me to take it for two days while the radiologist was saying take it for five days. On repeatedly asking he started getting engrossed in watching TV. I would never suggest anyone to go there. I had a horrible experience here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in Dis hospital the staff are worst and rough to patients. I admitted my mother for All Scanning to the body they charged around 8000 Rs but the service was totally worst especially the cleaning staff are so hurry to clear the schedule. And the ambulance driver was worst driving the ambulance as if he is driving a bike. Totally worst experience ever seen in my life. I seriously recommend to all not to visit dis hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience here. Had got my dad for a shoulder and spine scan together with all sugar tests and protein tests. Morning all the tests were given and also the exam done by some lady and they asked to come and collect the reports at 3pm. When I came to collect the report by 5 PM I was informed to wait for 10 mins and am still waiting after 20 mins for the report arrival. More over I was informed that the lady doctor has missed to perform the shoulder scan for which initially we had come. Billing was done punctually and cash was taken in the morning itself before any test had begun. Seriously pathetic service. I had to go and bring my dad who was already in a lot of pain. Wish that the centre can put efforts in providing service the same way they bill the patients..
