★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a fraud. Kindly make sure that you deliberately go through the paper work and try to resolve the any issue or problem before you have signed the agreement. Please do the research before going there because they are very good at providing incorrect data and information regarding the property. If you are not aware about the basic jargon of the real estate then they will change the definition to meet their requirement.Once you have signed the contract be rest assured you will not be further entertained moreover so they will not even pick your call. If they are considerate then they will disconnect your call and despite repeated request they will not respond. Their staff is more of a pack of hyaenas and like scavengers just interested in making sale without any ethics and ethos.
PS:- The top hierarchy is absolutely incompetent and inconsiderate. I hope GBP quickly meets its inevitable demise and won't mind loosing my 55 lacs of investment.
