★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took Service for my bike and it was the first time I took on spot service. The mechanic reached my location and did his job with perfection. He carried with him all the tools and equipment along with Engine oil. they did all the work in front of me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I booked the service of geartocare for my 2 wheeler and because it was my first time I was at first not sure how they will give the service as well as it is on my door step.
But finally when the mechanic arrived he first greeted me and then he checked my bike and start working he was very professional at his work and at the same time was very friendly in nature.
I am happy to inform that I am fully satisfied with his servicing. And I hope they maintain this quality in the due future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service relived me of tension to take me my bike at garage and wait for their call. Earlier I was deceived by few mechanics but transparency in GEAR TO CARE working I liked the most. One thing I personally liked their mechanic ( SHEIKH KARIM ) polite attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no such special power in bike service, only basic service should be called right, like we go to a shop, why servicing is taken care of today by them, it is good, there was nothing special like that.I noticed this thing from above that most of the time his service engineer was busy only on calls, he did not even focus on work, nor did he follow any proper way of services, which we need to tell at the time of servicing, otherwise there is no hope. Basic service
To say the right thing, this concert named online home service did not make any sense for it ₹ 349 Only I feel that there was no such thing for satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got to know about geartocare through their Instagram page. It's very convenient for the working person like us to get services of my moped on doorstep. They provide fully service of my two wheeler, all the issues ware attended by the mechanic.
The mechanic reached my location and did his job, they even carry battery charger, which i was not expecting so that was a good thing and also i liked their one month warranty policy
One suggestion from my side is that geartocare should also give breakdown assistance service like puncture service or petrol delivery service
This was my first experience with geartocare and I am completely satisfied with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked their service online for Bike servicing at home for 349. I had asked them will it include Carborator cleaning as well and they said if required they will do. When Mechanic came he said its not a part of service. He was also asking additional charge for Chain lubrication spray. Basically this just like mini service where they wash, oiling, Greece, spark plug cleaning only through paper not from petrol.
I was expecting full service but really disappointed.
The water jet they are using does not have that much force that it can clean hard mud. So it cannot do proper cleaning of drum and area around engine, you will see heavy blackish hard oil/mud on engine even after service.
