★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few days ago we bought a bike from there and when any of your staff came with our bike, they asked for money to clean the bike, the way was very strange, we were embarrassed that's why we gave them money but don't give it to the customer, don't embarrass them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service after purchasing a bike is the worst. You can find 4-5 k cheap prices with another showroom. They will say they are authorized with Bajaj But after you purchase then they will treat you as bagger. Beware of this. Buy form another showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not Buy Bajaj Avenger. All parts made of plastics and break any time. All parts are coastally. So they are earning more form service rather then selling Bike. Also no any bike parts are available at this surat bajaj. If they give lower rate form market for any bike then it will cut those amount in insurance and provide lower class of bike insurance. I do not recommended this service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time i visited here for my bike paid service.(4th service).Bcoz all 3 service are done from west bengal.now i came surat for work purposes and my bike have need service so i visited here with lot of confutions how they serviced my bike?? But after reaching their getting Good experience from this service center. Nicely systematic way they service my bike.they handle the bike very nicely. Didn't put any extra unnessery charges ?.All persons behaviour was good. Waiting room also provided. From waiting room you can see your bike's work also??
