★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience. The price is very high compared to other dealers. I got Activa 6g Delux Kataria Honda Piplod Surat at 87,816 Rs. on road. While in Chakradhar Honda the Sam model is priced at Rs 90,600 Rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I was having Jumper lead issue and I gave them for service they told me to go to their godown for this particular issue. But my point is when you give something for service it is their responsibility to service 100% according to customers issue they face.
Also they are not doing their work according to the charge they take from us !! This was my last service their !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I waited for 2 hours for RTO passing, They allow sub delaers to skip the queue and had thier papers ready while retail customers had to wait for it. Also they did not give any discount, rates were higher. Irresponsive and rude staff. They force you to post rating on Google after purchasing.

They don't give service delivery even after 2 days. Earlier it used to be same day delivery. Nobody even takes your call so I would suggest you to please do your vehicle service from other agency or local service station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience. Once product is sold, there is no one for you. stops picking calls ( before sale they used to call me 3 times in a day). My Activa 6G was stolen in 2 month from the day of purchase and when i contacted them and their insurance person to assist me with procedure and to get claim they say that they cant do any thing in this whereas to buy 5 year insurance plan they had followed up like anything. While sales, they said to me that they have solution for everything under one roof like repair, service and insurance etc.
All these 4 - 5 star rating is fake and purchased. Dont go by seeing these ratings. sales persons begged me for five star rating, literally snatched my phone and given rating by himself from my phone. Also asked me if you have one more email id then please give 5 star from that email too. when i asked what is this behavior, He said, manager / owner has given target for five star rating. I remember, he took a photo of 5 star rating of my phone to show to their management. i have the name of person but i know, this is not his problem hence not mentioning his name, its problem of management and owner. Pathetic way of working.
