★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever , First they gave me bike which has electrical problem and I'm 100% sure they were aware about it still they tried to sold it to me , This was not enough later on I informed them that I usually drive 150+ km in a day because my office is too much far from home so I want to buy new battery and I gave them an advance of 10000 RS , they took the money from me told me that I'll get my new battery in 3-4 days but now it's been 1 month I haven't got it and in return I'm getting is only excuses , they don't have a value if customer's hard earned money they just want to increase their business nothing else, they had my 10000 RS for almost one month and after that also they were asking me to wait for one more week and was not ready to give refund , this is what they are doing they will give fake promises to you so that you don't go at any other place and they can increase their business, please don't go at mahavir for new bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought optima plus in January 2018. Result is excellent. Still battery performance is as good as new. Lithium ion battery is working too good. I was using other company's ebike earlier. His service was not good but Hero Electric , Mahavir Ebike service is too good. Truly satisfied with product and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read the reviews. Few are very worst reviews but from my side it's 5* because I am having very good service from last one and half year. I don't have any complaint on their service. Staff behaviour is very good. Service delivery is on time. Work is good that's why I'm giving 5*
. Ketlik var Tamara behaviour par pan same vala nu behaviour depend karti hoi. I like their service very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. The money you are going to save from shifting from petrol to electric will get wasted. These people will give you so must trouble and frustration that you will wish that you had not purchased from them and instead carried on with a petrol one. Do not buy from this place. It's been 8months now and I haven't recieved my rc and number plate and they haven't yet solved the screen problem for which I had complained 3 months. Everytime they say ki number plate is here only so come and get it but I went 3 times and everytime they come up with excuse that they don't have number plate. They said they'll send a service person to house to fix the screen problem but they don't send. They don't even call from their side. Don't pick calls also. I had to call from another number.
