Worst service just 3 days before my wedding, even after mentioning them about it. They don’t give proper consultation. Suggests wrong color, and say color will come a different from shade card. Took a reference picture as to what i want, they did totally the opposite.
Never visiting this place again. And won’t suggest this place either. Normal hairwash and blowdry might be fine, rest it’s bad for any sort of treatment. Staff isn’t so aware and they don’t know their job.
Also, they have ruined my hair texture further by applying so much chemical. Wherein, they just had to do balayage with global instead they did global first, then they were going for highlights which means 2-3 times chemical application.
Please Please my suggestion don’t go here for any sort of treatment, even the so called “experts” are so bad. Consulted Mr. Kamal and even their head expert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my balayage done from Mr. Abhishek. He was extremely patient and good at his work. My hair colour was exactly as I wanted it to be. Highly recommend the great services provided at Geetanjali salon!

This is the client who had an unpleasant experience with your staff an over booking of a simple manicure pedicure appointment. And clear preferential treatment given to a walk in client over a member client , who by the way had booked the appointment in advance.
As you would recall, you apologised to me and mentioned as a gesture you would offer me a free pedicure. More than the free pedicure , I appreciated you taking the effort . I decided to forget the unpleasant experience. However that was not to be.
At first, I never received any call back on the appointment from your team. But since I had to close my task , I took the initiative and called your parlour about 5 times between yesterday and today. Every time, my call wasn’t picked up or nor was it returned. Just to check that this was not intentional, I called from another number. And my call was picked immediately by your manager. I don’t think I need to explain what this means.
Sir, this is a given that I am never using your salon again. Nor will I ever recommend it. And most definitely post my horrible unpleasant review on as many platforms as possible .
But you should know you have a major staff issue. If this how your staff is over an issue that could have been handled so easily, I wonder how horrible there service is when it comes to real issues. As one business owner to another - Your staff will ruin your business. Do something about it.
By the way, I started using Geetanjali, because I love the experince with Geetanjali in Delhi. And your branch is huge black spot on that experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt the hygiene could have been better, given the pandemic. The hairstylist had his own vision and sort of refused to see mine for the color. It was a bit annoying. This was my only experience at this place might be a different experience next time. So rating liberally for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a haircut just because hair were growing unevenly on my neck. The barber suggested a cut which has more bounce....?I go to a salon once in two years so am completely unaware of the nuances of hair lingo. Reluctantly went along...expecting it will look better. Ended up looking like a scarecrow. Highly disappointed. Never going back again.

The staff was not friendly at all, the place is messy- not clean. Abhishek was assigned to do my haircut and he was not friendly at all. He was not making me feel comfortable as a customer. He was a bit rude, not talking to me and not giving any suggestions about the haircut. He seemed to be rushed to get it done. He just told me that show me the picture and I will do that haircut. He was not polite, I would not visit Geetanjali Salon again and I don’t recommend it to anyone. My haircut wasn’t so great either.
Not to mention, it’s so expensive too

I got multiple services done for my mom and I.
Facials, pedicure, manicure, haircut,
Global hair color and highlights for my mom, and highlights for myself.
To say the least- the staff is extremely talented, polite and accommodating.
For hair- I highly recommend Shubham Verma & Kamal. They did my cut & highlights and delivered exactly what I wanted. Shubham Sain did my mom’s haircut, global color and highlights. He did such a great job.
Asha and bhavna did our facials and we literally slept for that one hour- it was so relaxing!!
Mukesh did our pedicures & manicures and it was great!!
The manager, Madhu & other staff ( especially Sunil) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable & delivered exceptional service.
Would definitely visit again when I’m in Jaipur!
