Unnecesarrily Over expensive
If you want to feel bad about your body, this is the perfect place to visit. They will tell all the faults in your body, which you may have even got the compliment for in the past from others, just to sell their products.
Every visit get ready to spend at least 1-2K, even if you just want eyebrows to be shaped.
No coordination between the heads, staff and the marketting team.All three will say different things to loot you and then refuse to provide service.
Very unprofessional place with a very unsatisfactory service.
They make u feel bad about your each n every body part so that they can sell their products to you and earn.
I bought a discount coupon from their so called "Marketting Team" which in the begining the parlour agreed is genuine. But now they are refused me service saying that we dont take responsibility of what the marketting says or for that matter not even take responsibility for what their staff conveys.. They can anythime refuse about anything they agreed in the past and refuse to provide you service even if you have already paid for that.
Very greedy parlour, they will always maniputae you to buy products worth 3-4K, each time you visit them. The full staff is given training to do so.
Unnecesarrrily expensive too. Whatever service you ask, they will manipulate you to get one with double the rate of the original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most horrible horrible manager/owner who was VERY RUDE and was talking Nonsense unnecessarily- knew nothing about how to handle a beauty parlour and the customers. Never have I ever come across such a rude behavior. She needs to go to a psychiatrist. Terrible attitude problem. Doesn't know how to behave with customers. Please don't even go by mistake. Who shows attitude to customers??

I told them at the same time that my hair has bends .. then they told me after 3 days you take spa then your hair will get smooth.. I did everything as they told, but my hair didn't get smooth.. after this due to corona lockdown occurred and they told me to come after lockdown and now they are refusing to give services and blaming me to not to come at that time..
Worst parlour..poor services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting rebonding done by their hair expert - Shoaib, who worked so hard on my hair that had a bad perm at ends. They worked really hard and proper on my hair. 2 people were completely assigned to my hair, including the main hair artist - Shoaib. I am very happy with the hard work done.
I have done rebonding last 16 yrs, and by far this is one of the best ones. Highly recommend this Salon, especially Shoaib.
