★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for their prithviraj road branch where.i was directed from main branch. The staff was extremely unprofessional n rude. Services I cannot comment upon as they refused to give me any service for using coupon. Especially the hairdresser was highly rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing wedding makeup artist, there prebridal and bridal makeup is excellent and the kind of services and beautician they have is very good infact I must say they are excellent in there work. They know what to camouflage and what to highlight. They do makeup from there heart and very intense. Know there business and clients very well and must recommendation for every house having a wedding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most pathetic salons in Jaipur. I opted for 2 services - 1) head massage followed by hair wash and dryer 2) nail art. First things first, ambience is fine but services are poor. The nail art lady didn’t do a great job but she kept convincing me that it is bcoz of my hands not manicured. She did my nail art so much in hurry bcoz she wanted to attend other client. I mean, this is utterly unprofessional. Why did you give appointment to 2 clients at the same time if you can’t handle even 1 properly.
Head massage. What to say on this. It was more of an act of “seeking advantage” vs head massage. I didn’t like the head massage plus I hated the way this person was doing it. Even after telling him to do the massage slowly (coz I have a hairfall issues) he kept on massaging my scalp badly. At the same time, he had enough confidence that I will relax after that stupid session of head massage. I’ll avoid writing about hair wash experience.
Anyone who is reading this review, please don’t go to this branch of Beauty Creation (opp. Crossword) to waste your hard-earned money. You’ll end up disappointed! Total time waste, money waste and worst experience till date!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. If only I could give less than 1 star here, people who work here are bullies and insult you if you want to have a light party make up on your roka ceremony.
I was half ready I literally had to change again and leave because they called me out for wanting a light party make up on my roka ceremony.
I on spot had to book another salon and kudos to people at ‘Geetanjali c-scheme’ who took me on such short notice and did a fabulous job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner or staff named Aditya Panchal was absolutely rude arrogant and didnt know how to speak with the staff.
The man thinks the world owes him a debt for existing and the inhumanly bizarre haircut of his.
Unknown to Mr Panchal, the world of service works on politeness. A trait he should learn from his own staff. He is a perfect example of a bad boss ruining the business! God save this place
The waxing experience was a different nightmare altogether. There was no concept of hygiene taught to the staff. No gloves whiles doing waxing. Didnt make a fuss about it but still. The place had a bad smell to it. Which got even more putrid with the behaviour of Aditya Panchal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Beauty Creation for the past 7+ years because of their quality products and service. My past 2 experiences at their newly opened branch in C-scheme (opposite crossword) was very disappointing.
Their service was poor and not relaxing. I took hair spa service which was different, the service professional just applied the whole conditioner on the head rather than massaging it. After inquiring the process and telling him this was not the regular way, he insisted on how it’s done.
The pedicure hardly lasted for 30 mins. The service professional did not give enough time for the legs to soak. When I had arrived there was no one at the salon so there was no need to rush. Still my pedicure lasted for 20 minutes hardly (and this was me not even applying a nail paint). There was no massage done. This was my first experience at a pedicure there. But I am regular customer for their hair spa and call it change of staff or other outlet the service was not good.
This would be my last visit to them! For sure.
