I 10/10 recommend this salon to anybody looking for a good haircut in Delhi.

Guys beware there are better salon out there just don’t go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever ?? This place used to have the most pleasant experience when it comes to haircut & pedicure. I called them before visiting to confirm about the availability of pedicures for me & my husband at the same time on the same floor, they said yes and took the appointment. When we visited and got our hair cuts done, they started with my husbands pedicure in a try (not even a pedicure portable tub) the area smelled of soggy damp walls on the ground floor, the staff is so rude, the receptionist is extremely non cooperative. Inspite of booking for classic pedicures, the guy blindly did crystal pedi for my husband and refused to agree of what we booked. While check-in off, the receptionist behaved very rudely, instead of understanding & accepting their teams fault. Never going again to this stinky, unprofessional salon ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to this salon. The staff particularly Hair Dressers are not at all courteous and very rude. Almost insulting customer. Absolutely no customer satisfaction. Need to improve a lot. This is our experience for 4th time consecutively. Though experience with beauty service is ok. Even the front office staff is not capable enough to manage the rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good hair spa! For nominal price and even with just one product he spent 45 minutes on me and really relaxed me! My hair feels beautiful! And gave me the best blow out! My sister went 7 in short and got a balayage done! It was beautiful! Absolutely classy and no brassy tone whatsoever!
