★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place ever, please DO NOT COME HERE!!! Stay away, very rude and unprofessional staff. They don’t know how to do their job, I ask for a simple clean up eyebrow threading. The man who did my eyebrows was extremely rude and aggressive, left my eyebrows in bad shape. Lots of bruising, and swelling after he was done with my eyebrows, and he did not even do a good job. Left hairs on my eyebrows it was not a good shape after the thread. This place needs to be shut down, I told the lady in the front about it and she said too bad put aloe Vera on it your sensitive. No I’m not sensitive, I do eyebrow threading all the time and this never happened to me. All staff was lazy, on their phones sitting down and laughing. Shut down this place as soon as possible and fire all staff. Don’t believe all the good reviews they are lies and written by the staff themselves.

I have been going to this place for last few months and glad to commend the efforts being taken while providing services especially Rekha, who has been providing me with waxing services. She is cordial, well experienced and does her job with finesse. Highly recommend her.

Thanks to Dev who gave me a soothing hair wash after the colouring procedure. The whole staff here in this branch is very sweet. Thank you all at Sector 11.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Geetanjali membership and me & my family have spent a lot of money at the Dwarka Sector 11 Salon for their services over the last 4 years because we liked it. But the management staff is extremely incompetent and rude. My experience yesterday was humiliating where i was asked to wait for 40 minutes even after booking an appointment an hour prior.
I was asked to come at 3:15 PM and my required services would take minimum 2.5 hours for hair cut, beard, hair colour and facial.
I reached at 3:30 PM and the receptionist asked me to wait for 5 minutes as the barber i had booked had been assigned to someone else because i got 15 minutes late. I understood their concern and waited for 10 minutes.
Then the receptionist and her manager came to me and said that you will have to wait for another 30 minutes as the barber was booked for someone else 3:30 PM onwards.
When i asked as to why the barber had been booked for someone else when i had booked him for 2.5 hours of service, i was rudely told that is what it is and you have no choice but to wait. My service started at 4:10 PM and ended at 6 PM, i had to skip facial as i was getting late already.
The receptionist should have called me to confirm my booking and take my permission before assigning the barber to another customer.
In any case, customers should not be humiliated in front of others and should not be indirectly given choices to wait or leave.
The manager should have politely asked for my permission if i could wait for another 30 minutes or re-schedule the booking for the next day instead of rudely telling me to just wait.
Totally disappointed & insulted.
The same happened to a friend few months back when i took him to Geetanjali for the first time and he was asked to wait unnecessarily even after having a booking. He instead went to Monsoon next door and has been going there ever since.
Kindly take a note of this and improve your management skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had a wonderful experience at this geetanjali location. I got kerafusion treatment done by Peter and I’m very satisfied and happy with the process and the end result. The stylist took the time to explain the differences between various treatments and to guide me with which is better for my hair. I was told all the necessary care that I need to take following the treatment. The process took roughly 4 hours (3 hours for the treatment and 1 hour the following day for wash)
